NOTICE OF ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
Date of Notice: June 12, 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the annual meeting of all members (the “Annual Meeting”) of The Reserve at Frisco Association, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the “Association”), will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2023 at 9:00a.m., MST. The Reserve annual meeting 2023 will be held in-person at Summit County Community & Senior Center located at 83 Nancy’s Place in Frisco and virtually via a web-based platform (Zoom). The Zoom logistic is in the package of documents mailed to homeowners by United States Postal Service or by emailing kerry@basicproperty.com.
Any owner holding record title to a lot may exercise the voting right allocated to the Lot. The voting right may be exercised by attending the annual meeting or by completing the proxy included in this packet or found below.
To assure that your interest will be represented if you do not attend the virtual annual meeting, please complete, date and sign proxy and return it to Basic Property Management, Inc., by Friday, July 7, 2020 via email to kerry@basicproperty.com. This action will not limit your right to vote if you to attend the virtual annual meeting and vote personally.
