Special Assessments
As required by the Town of Frisco, the Board of Directors for The Reserve at Frisco contracted to remove 684 trees with pine beetle disease. After the snow melted, the Board counted an additional 200+ dead standing trees. The excellent financial contract that we had obtained this spring made it prudent that we remove the dead trees for FIRE MITIGATION. As dictated on page 11 of the Declaration of Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions, we acted quickly to fulfill the obligation we had as your Board members.
