Dear Reserve at Frisco Owners and Friends
Welcome to the Reserve at Frisco Website!
As you explore the site, you may sense a feeling of appreciation for our special neighborhood in our unique mountain community. The pride and appreciation Reserve owners share for their community generates a respect and responsibility to help ensure the overall beauty and value of the development. For this reason, I wish to again thank owners who have identified something that could be done to improve our development and have stepped forward to help accomplish it. All owners, as their ideas and time permit, are encouraged to become involved in the Reserve.
The board will meet for working sessions as it deems appropriate and the Association's annual meeting is scheduled in connection with the 4th of July holiday. All owners of property in the Reserve are invited to attend any board meeting; however, because working sessions are typically held in small venues, we ask that anyone wishing to attend please first contact Basic Property Management for information and to leave their name in the event the meeting date or location must be changed for a larger venue.
We encourage you to become familiar with this site and use it as an informational resource for the Reserve, Frisco and Summit County. Suggestions to make the site even more useful are most welcome.
