President's Corner
Dear Reserve at Frisco Owners and Friends,
Our community consists of both permanent residents as well as those homeowners who actively visit on a regular basis. Regardless of which group may describe your present situation, you are always welcome to participate in community activities and meetings. Your Board of Directors welcomes your ideas and is willing to listen to your concerns. If you wish to voice an opinion, suggestion, recommendation, proposal, or simply wish to attend a work session, please contact Basic Property Management. By contacting Basic Property Management first, the Board can make appropriate accommodations (e.g. a more spacious venue) in case there are several homeowners seeking attendance. In fact, on some occasions homeowner input has been most helpful in guiding the Board to sagacious decisions.
Your Board attempts to ensure that the most efficacious determinations are reached when exacting rulings that protect the values of the Reserve properties. To meet this goal the Board works closely with the management company. Therefore, your access to both the Board and Basic Property Management is a crucial element in this endeavor.
As you become more involved with the community, I hope you also become aware of the full extent of the commitment and pride your neighbors routinely exhibit with regard to our neighborhood. With the risk of sounding trite, it truly takes each one of us to make our neighborhood 'neighborly’. We are very blessed to live in such a beautiful corner of the world. Some of the elements that make it such a special place in which to reside are our beautiful mountains, clear streams, and fresh air. However, the most important factor is the fine people who have chosen to live here. My desire is to get to know each of you on a more personal basis as we move forward with the goal of always attempting to improve our community.
Sincerely
George Yantz
Board of Directors, President
