Architectural Review Committee Announcements
The current edition of The Reserve at Frisco Design Standards and Procedures (4th edition, October 2007) may be found in the Document LibraryThe Architectural Review Committee is always interested in individuals with the following qualifications to serve on the ARC as positions become available.
- A strong interest in maintaining and enhancing the character and integrity of the neighborhood.
- An individual who understands the significance of the Design Standards and Procedures and is willing to take an active role in ensuring that they are adhered to.
- Prior interest in or related experience in architecture, building or interior design, or residential construction.
- A willingness to commit approximately 6-8 hours per month on a regular basis. This includes one monthly meeting in addition to time required to review submittals.
This is a very challenging position, balancing the desires of the homeowners with the vision of the planners and the requirements of the Covenants.

Meetings
The Architectural Review Committee meets on a monthly basis to review submitted plans and address other issues brought to its attention. In order to be placed on the agenda for a specific meeting, requests, including all documentation and fees, if required, must be received two weeks prior to a meeting.
